海外旅行先で、予定の旅行計画からやむをえずに計画を変更しなくてはいけない場合も時にはあります。ツアーなどで海外旅行に行っている場合には、そういった変更はツアー会社がしてくれることが多いのですが、そうでない場合には自分で航空会社に電話をして変更手続きをする必要があります。
また、日本の航空会社の場合には、海外からでも日本語で問い合わせの電話をすることができることが多いのですが、海外からの問い合わせの場合のほとんどは英語になります。
まずは、電話がつながると、
“Hello, this is *** (航空会社）. How can I help you?”
“I would like to change my flight.”
“What is your flight number?”
“My flight number is 12345. The departure is September 25th, but I would like to change it to September 30th.”
“Sure that’s no problem. I’m going to change your flight. The reference number is 45678. You need this number in case if you need to change anything about the flight.”
“That’s great. Thank you so much.”
“Do you have anything today?”
“No, that’s all.”
“Thank you for choosing *** （航空会社） and have a great day.”
航空券の変更をする際には、必ずフライトナンバーやパスポートナンバー、名前、宿泊先など、航空券を購入した時に使った情報が必要になります。前もって手元に用意してから電話するようにしましょう。
